Return and Refund Policy


At Drum Shop Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most new, unused items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or packing slip).

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Opened microphones, in-ear monitors, or other hygiene-sensitive products

  • Clearance, “final sale,” or custom-ordered items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

  • Credit card processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, including sending a replacement if necessary.
